Adult Learn to Sail Program
Adult Sailing Lessons
Learn to sail or refine your sailing skills in our Club Flying Scots. These boats are a 19-foot centerboard daysailer with a large deep cockpit ideal for family sailing. This one-design daysailer can accommodate up to four adults. It is a very stable boat and rigged with a generous main sail and high cut jib. The set up on a Flying Scot encourages beginners and intermediate sailors to master the basics and fine-tune their skills.
Private & Semi-Private Lessons are available for novices & beginner intermediates who want to learn parts of the boat and their functionality, basic sail trim, points of sail, on-water safety, tacking, jibing, and docking.
Please contact our Waterfront Director, Angus Robertson at 610-521-4705 or sailmaster@cycop.com to arrange a lesson with one of our instructors.
